We treat data the way we tell our clients to: collect the minimum, use it for the stated purpose, and keep a human accountable. This page says what this website actually does — in plain language, because that's the only kind we write.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. The contact form and the newsletter signup ask for things like your name, email address, and message. That's it — there is nothing else on this site that collects personal information.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We don't know who visits, and we've chosen to keep it that way.

What we do with it

If you write to us, we use your details to write back. If you sign up for the letter, we use your email to send it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. Ever.

Cookies & browser storage

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. That's why there is no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.

One functional exception: if you take the Opportunity Scan, your results summary is briefly held in your browser's own session storage so the contact form can pre-fill it for you. It never leaves your device unless you press send, and it disappears when you close the tab.

Who processes it

This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and, like any host, keeps standard server logs. We don't add anything on top of that.

Links to external sites (LinkedIn, cited research sources, AI assistants in the footer) take you to services with their own privacy practices — what happens there is governed by their policies, not ours.

Your choices

Want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Email info@mbpforge.com and a person — not a system — will handle it. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits.

The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply, and nothing on this site watches you.
